Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

The service
SceneKin provides project-based tools for organizing references, creative recipes, prompts, and AI-generated assets. Features, providers, limits, and model availability may change as the service develops.
- AI outputs are probabilistic and can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable.
- You must review outputs before publication, purchase, manufacturing, or other consequential use.
- Service availability is not guaranteed, but we will use reasonable efforts to operate and restore it.

Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant SceneKin a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.
- You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for uploads, faces, brands, products, and instructions.
- Do not upload confidential, illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Rights in AI outputs vary by jurisdiction and provider; SceneKin does not guarantee exclusivity or copyright eligibility.

Plans, credits, and billing
Prices, included credits, generation estimates, renewal periods, and taxes are shown before checkout. Generation costs can vary by model and settings. Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where law requires.
- Subscriptions renew until canceled.
- Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally erase access already paid for.
- Failed, reversed, or fraudulent payments may suspend access or reverse related credits.

Acceptable use and suspension
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service, respond to legal requests, investigate abuse, or prevent material harm. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact us.

Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. SceneKin does not promise that outputs will be unique, error-free, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and lost-profit damages are excluded.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid SceneKin during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Ending use and changes
You may stop using SceneKin at any time. We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change and will provide notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law.
