Refund Policy

This policy distinguishes subscription cancellation, unused credit purchases, and failed generation charges.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop the next renewal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, fees already charged are not automatically refunded and access continues through the paid period.

Credit packs

Unused one-time credit packs may be eligible for a refund when requested within 14 days of purchase. Once any credits from a pack have been used, the pack is normally non-refundable because generation capacity is consumed immediately.

  • Local mandatory cooling-off or consumer rights still apply.
  • Promotional, bonus, or replacement credits have no cash value.
  • Refunds return to the original payment method.

Failed generations

If SceneKin records a provider or platform failure before an output is delivered, the corresponding credits should be restored automatically. Quality preferences, prompt choices, or normal variation in a completed AI output do not by themselves qualify for a refund.

  • Contact support if an automatic credit restoration does not appear.
  • Include the generation identifier, but never send passwords or full card information.

How to request a refund

Use the contact page from the email associated with the purchase and include the transaction date and reason. We may request additional details to prevent fraud. Approved refunds can take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider.
