People, identity, and consent

• Do not create sexual content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor.
• Do not create intimate imagery of a real person without explicit consent.
• Do not impersonate, defraud, harass, or mislead people using synthetic media.
• Obtain appropriate permission before using a person’s face, voice, identity, or private information.

Rights and deceptive content

• Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or contractual rights.
• Do not remove provenance or disclosure signals to facilitate deception.
• Do not generate fake evidence, fraudulent documents, or misleading political or commercial endorsements.
• Review commercial outputs for recognizable brands, people, copyrighted characters, and inaccurate claims.

Platform integrity

• Do not bypass limits, scrape private data, probe credentials, distribute malware, or disrupt the service.
• Do not automate account creation, payment abuse, credit fraud, or generation traffic without written permission.
• Do not resell access, transfer credits, or share accounts in ways your plan does not allow.

Enforcement

We may block content, limit generation, suspend accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or report activity when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy or comply with law. Context matters, and users can contact us to appeal an enforcement decision.
