Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication records, and service preferences. When you create a Wedding Project, we process the partner names, wedding date and venue, guest details, story, timeline, instructions, uploaded photos or audio, and generated drafts you choose to provide.
- Billing providers send us transaction status and limited billing metadata; we do not store complete card numbers.
- Technical records may include IP address, device and browser data, security events, and product usage events.
- Support messages contain the information you choose to include.

How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, save Wedding Projects and version history, process purchases, deliver generations, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and understand product reliability.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use private Wedding Projects or uploaded media to train general-purpose models unless you give separate, explicit consent.
- Optional analytics and marketing storage are disabled until consent where required.

AI providers and other processors
To complete a generation, the relevant wedding facts, instructions, and reference files may be sent to the AI provider shown in the product. Infrastructure, storage, email, payments, monitoring, and support vendors process only the data needed for their service.
- Review the provider and generation type before submitting sensitive material.
- Do not upload secrets, regulated data, or material you are not authorized to process.
- Provider retention rules can differ from AI Wedding Studio retention rules.

Retention and deletion
We keep account and Wedding Project data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward when needed for recovery, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Consented event-level analytics is retained for up to 13 months, while de-identified aggregate analytics may be retained for up to 24 months. Backup copies expire on a rolling schedule.
- You may request account deletion or a copy of your data through the contact page.
- Payment, tax, and fraud records may need to be retained after account deletion.
- Deleting an asset may not immediately remove encrypted backup copies, which expire through normal rotation.

Security and international transfers
We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected service credentials, monitoring, and backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our vendors may process data in countries outside yours using the transfer safeguards required by applicable law.

Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent for optional processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

- Marketing email includes an unsubscribe method.
- We may verify identity before fulfilling a data request.

Children and changes
AI Wedding Studio is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish a new effective date or provide additional notice when required.
