Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication records, and service preferences. When you create with SceneKin, we process the prompts, reference files, project context, and generated outputs you choose to provide.
- Billing providers send us transaction status and limited billing metadata; we do not store complete card numbers.
- Technical records may include IP address, device and browser data, security events, and product usage events.
- Support messages contain the information you choose to include.

How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, process purchases, deliver generations, maintain project history, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and understand product reliability.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use private projects or uploaded references to train general-purpose models unless you give separate, explicit consent.
- Optional analytics and marketing storage are disabled until consent where required.

AI providers and other processors
To complete a generation, the selected prompt and reference files may be sent to the AI provider shown in the product. Infrastructure, storage, email, payments, monitoring, and support vendors process only the data needed for their service.
- Review the provider name and model before submitting sensitive material.
- Do not upload secrets, regulated data, or material you are not authorized to process.
- Provider retention rules can differ from SceneKin retention rules.

Retention and deletion
We keep account and project data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward when needed for recovery, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Backup copies expire on a rolling schedule.
- You may request account deletion or a copy of your data through the contact page.
- Payment, tax, and fraud records may need to be retained after account deletion.
- Deleting an asset may not immediately remove encrypted backup copies, which expire through normal rotation.

Security and international transfers
We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected service credentials, monitoring, and backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our vendors may process data in countries outside yours using the transfer safeguards required by applicable law.

Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent for optional processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
- You can change cookie choices by clearing the SceneKin consent preference and revisiting the site.
- Marketing email includes an unsubscribe method.
- We may verify identity before fulfilling a data request.

Children and changes
SceneKin is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish a new effective date or provide additional notice when required.
